My journey is a story of resilience, transformation, and the power of never giving up on yourself. Throughout my life, I have faced significant challenges, including autoimmune disease, eating disorders, and multiple episodes of depression. These experiences led me on a deeper journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
Through my dedication to movement, yoga, wellness, and self-awareness, I found tools that helped me transform my relationship with my body, my mind, and my life. My journey taught me the importance of consistency, compassion, discipline, and honoring the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
With over 25 years of yoga practice and more than 10 years of teaching experience, along with certifications in fitness instruction and health coaching, I am passionate about helping others discover their own strength and potential.
I believe that our challenges do not have to define us; they can become opportunities to grow, develop resilience, and reconnect with who we truly are. My mission is to inspire others to take ownership of their well-being, cultivate sustainable habits, and build a stronger relationship with themselves, one step at a time.
I teach from both professional experience and a deep personal understanding that growth is possible at every stage of life.
Coach
My journey has been shaped by a lifelong passion for movement, wellness, and personal growth. Through years of practicing yoga, strength training, and exploring different approaches to health, I have learned that true strength goes beyond the physical body. It comes from consistency, resilience, self-awareness, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
With over 25 years of yoga practice and more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have dedicated myself to helping others discover their own strength and potential. My background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga, fitness instruction, health coaching, and holistic wellness.
My philosophy is that fitness is not just about how much weight we lift or how our bodies look; it is about building strength, improving mobility, developing mental resilience, and creating sustainable habits that support a healthy and balanced life.
As a bilingual instructor and wellness coach, I strive to empower people to move with confidence, challenge themselves safely, and recognize that growth is possible at every stage of life. I lead by example through my own commitment to movement, learning, and personal development.
My mission is to help others become stronger, healthier, and more connected to themselves, one day and one intentional choice at a time.
One of the biggest turning points in my life happened when I experienced a stroke in my late 20s. That experience, along with my struggles with autoimmune disease, eating disorders, and depression, challenged me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It forced me to look within, discover my inner strength, and develop a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
My journey taught me that healing requires patience, self-awareness, compassion, and a willingness to keep moving forward, even when life feels uncertain. My greatest challenges were not simply physical; they also involved the internal struggles, fears, and limiting beliefs I had to face along the way.
Through my personal healing journey, I developed a profound appreciation for yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic wellness. These practices became meaningful tools in my life and inspired me to share what I have learned with others.
Today, my mission is to help people reconnect with themselves, recognize their inner strength, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. I believe our most difficult experiences can become a source of wisdom and compassion, allowing us to serve others from a place of understanding. My past does not define me; it has helped shape the person, teacher, and coach I am today.
My purpose is to help others to find their own. When we live in alignment with our main intention. Everything fall in the right place.
