At Fit Haus, our small group classes combine the energy of a team with the personal attention of a private session. Each workout is coach-led and designed for all levels — whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level.
Our classes blend strength and conditioning to help you build lean muscle, improve endurance, and move better both in and out of the gym. Every session is intentionally programmed to create balance — strength, cardio, and mobility — helping you feel stronger and more confident each week.
You’ll train in a supportive environment with expert coaches who prioritize proper form, safety, and progression. We keep classes small so everyone gets personalized guidance and feels part of the Fit Haus community.
New clients can start with a group class trial to experience our workouts firsthand or begin with our OnRamp Program— a few personal training sessions focused on movement fundamentals, equipment familiarity, and building confidence before joining group classes.
